Lawrence has been married for 16 years and is a proud father of six.
With over 15 years of experience in sales, leadership, and mentoring, he has a proven track record of excellence. As a multi-store manager for Payless Shoes, Lawrence transformed two bottom-performing stores into top performers. He also played a pivotal role in increasing a small family business's sales by 11 times. A Coach Fast Track graduate through 3 Key Elements and Kirk Duncan, Lawrence is also a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Team Member and a Certified DISC Behavioral Consultant.

I Studied Music in college at BYU-Idaho, where I met my wife Melissa. While there, I developed a passion for studying topics such as talent development, finances, entrepreneurship, growth, sales, and more. Since college, I have pursued jobs opportunities that provided me with growth and opportunities to coach/mentor others.
Just like a bass player establishing a rhythm to great music, my desire is to establish a rhythm to your vision.
After 4 years of running my own profitable business, I started all over and start helping other entrepreneurs build the life if their dreams through their business.
