Melissa and Lawrence Stone have been through the gauntlet of grief: In 2012, they lost their oldest daughter Ethne in a car crash when she was 2 years old. A couple years later, their third son was born with a birth defect. And only a few years after that, their son Thomas was stillborn. Miraculously, the Stones have taken these experiences and reaped from them blessings, both for themselves and for others. One of these blessings is their book Our Story(s), which will be published on September 15, 2025, just two days before what would be Thomas's 8th birthday.

I Studied Music in college at BYU-Idaho, where I met my wife Melissa. While there, I developed a passion for studying topics such as talent development, finances, entrepreneurship, growth, sales, and more. Since college, I have pursued jobs opportunities that provided me with growth and opportunities to coach/mentor others.
I am a father of of six, including two angel babies. My wife and I recently published a faith-based book on our experiences dealing with child loss. We hope to help other couples move through their grief together.
As a bass player, I establish great rhythms to great music. As a mentor, trainer, and speaker, I establish a rhythm to your vision.
With over 15 years of experience in leadership, sales, entrepreneurship, and mentoring, I have honed my skills to help entrepreneurs like you navigate the challenges of running a business. My BA in Music not only shows my commitment to the arts but also highlights my ability to be creative and think outside the box. This unique blend of business expertise and artistic background allows me to bring a fresh and innovative approach to coaching and training.
After returning to Idaho to help my Dad with his business, and 10Xing his sales, I decided I wanted to help other businesses do the same. My mission is to help the rising generation of leaders and entreprenerus to have a better start than I did.
As part of my commitment to personal development, I am a graduate of the "Coach Fast Track" program through 3 Key Elements, created by Kirk Duncan (one of my mentors), I have learned alot about building mindset and helping people overcome self doubt and imposter syndrome.
I am also a member of the John Maxwell Certified Leadership Team. Through Maxwell Leadership I have learned and developed practical leadership skills that have allowed me to elevate those who I work with. As I have continued to raise my lid, their capacity has grown.
